Personal data (hereinafter mostly referred to as “data”) is processed by us only to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user friendly website, including its content and the services offered there.
Under Art. 4 item 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”), “processing” means any operation or set of operations performed with or without automated means in connection with personal data, such as collecting, recording, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or altering, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing by transmission, disseminating or otherwise making available, aligning or combining, restricting, erasing or destroying.
The following privacy policy informs you in particular about the type, scope, purpose, duration and legal basis of the processing of personal data, insofar as we either alone or jointly with others determine the purposes and means of processing. Moreover, we inform you below about the external components we use for optimization purposes and to increase the quality of use, insofar as third parties process data under their own responsibility.

II. RIGHTS OF USERS AND DATA SUBJECTS
With regard to the data processing described in detail below, users and data subjects have the right
– to confirmation as to whether data concerning them is being processed, to access the processed data, to further information about the data processing, and to copies of the data (see also Art. 15 GDPR)
– to rectification or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 GDPR)
– to immediate erasure of the data concerning them (see also Art. 17 GDPR) or, alternatively, if further processing is required under Art. 17 para. 3 GDPR, to restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR
– to receive the data concerning them which they have provided and to transmit this data to other providers/controllers (see also Art. 20 GDPR)
– to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the data concerning them is processed by the provider in breach of data protection regulations (see also Art. 77 GDPR)
The provider is also obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed of any rectification or deletion of data or restriction of processing carried out under Arts. 16, 17 para. 1 and 18 GDPR. This obligation does not apply insofar as the notification is impossible or involves disproportionate effort. Regardless of this, the user has the right to information about these recipients.
Users and data subjects also have the right under Art. 21 GDPR to object to future processing of data concerning them, provided that the data is processed by the provider on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. In particular, an objection to processing for direct marketing is permitted.
III. INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING
Your data processed when using our website is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply, unless statutory retention obligations prevent deletion and unless no other specific information regarding individual processing procedures is provided below.
Subscription to Comments
If you publish posts on our website, we offer you the option to subscribe to follow up comments by third parties. To notify you about these comments via email, we process your email address.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. You only need to inform us of your revocation or use the unsubscribe link included in each email.

To obtain consent for the use of non essential cookies on the website, the provider uses a cookie manager.

Competitions
We offer participation in competitions via our website. If you enter a competition, data you provide is processed exclusively for conducting and managing the competition.
For prize delivery, we may pass your data to the shipping company or a financial service provider. If data is published in case of winning, you will be informed in advance.
Legal basis for data transfer is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
You may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Contact Requests
If you contact us by form or email, we use the data you provide to process your request. Without this data we cannot respond fully or at all.
Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
We delete your data once your request is answered unless legal retention obligations apply.
Server Data
For technical reasons, especially to ensure a secure and stable website, your browser transmits certain data to us or to our hosting provider. This includes browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, pages visited, date and time of access and the IP address.
These data are stored temporarily, not together with other personal data.
Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR with legitimate interest in security and stability.
Data is deleted after seven days unless required for evidence.
Contract Processing
Data you provide when using our goods or services is processed for contract performance and is required for this purpose. Without this data, contract conclusion and execution are not possible.
Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Data is deleted after full contract completion subject to statutory retention periods.
Data may be transferred to shipping companies or financial service providers if necessary.
We operate a company presence on Instagram to promote our products and communicate with customers. We are joint controllers with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

Meta processes user data for statistical purposes, advertising and profiling. If the user is logged in, Meta can link data to the account.
If a user contacts us via Instagram, data is processed to respond and then deleted unless retention duties apply.

We link to social networks. Legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
